Booking

Clients can make payment services via telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and direct bookings.

Payment

All programs we serve 25% for down payment cannot be replaced. The client will receive a fracture from all travel services after all information about KING KOMODO TOUR and those who will be responsible as tour operators. Payment must be made before the due date is registered. Reservations will be canceled automatically if the deposit is not received by KING KOMODO TOUR before the deposit due date. Payment of payment indicates that the customer has met these terms and conditions. Clients can pay using Paypal (BRI) international banking transfers through Western Union (USD, EURO, IDR) or cash KING KOMODO TOUR. Any fees charged by the bank or additional costs caused by the currency must be paid by the client. RAJA KOMODO TOUR must receive the remaining payment amount 1 day before the date of travel.

Cancellation by customer

The client can decide at any time during the cancellation to be communicated to KING KOMODO TOUR. The placement fee will be like this below:

• 15 days or more, get an advance of 25% of the total amount.
• 14 days – 02 days, 50% of the total cost of the trip
• Daily travel, 100% of the total cost of the trip.

Make changes or cancel with KING KOMODO TOUR

KIING KOMODO TOUR has the right to articulate or change all facilities, services, or prices described on our website and for alternative alternatives of comparable monoter value or additional fees locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made to the client due to local conditions prevailing or love for others. Previously, clients could choose:

Cancellation with KING KOMODO TOUR

Like the weather and sea conditions behind us with or without prior notice. Where we are before birth, full funds from the total costs will be made. The customer is not entitled to any income for the cost of the tour. If attacked by circumstances outside us, the amount of funds must be calculated as fair flexibility of the cost of the tour.

Insurance

Clients must take appropriate travel insurance to take part in the tour. RAJA KOMODO TOUR does not provide any insurance. The client is responsible for establishing adequate protection for medical expenses incurred due to illness or accident during travel and vacation money through cancellations and holiday processes due to insured beds.
